Public Declaration

I make this public declaration of joining "Shivdhara Sanskruti" to take part in humanity's protection-journey.

I expect no name, honor, wealth, personal fame or recognition.

My only request is:
Recognize destructive and inhuman thoughts and conduct, be wary of them, and bring humanity into life.

There are many wiser thinkers, scientists and social workers in the world than me. My effort is only to offer a simple guide on how humanist values can be brought into daily life and conduct.

I do not present myself as a wise man or a great author.

When I sit alone, some inner inspiration seems to urge me to write. That thought and writing I place before you.

The rest is for you to judge.

The results of good deeds can, in the end, bring positive change in human life — this belief is one of the inspirations behind this effort.

🌍 GHM 2030 — Global Humanitarian Mindset

GHM 2030's main purpose is to connect a person's:

• independent thinking
• humanity
• responsibility
• truthfulness
• spirit of service
• mutual respect

— from personal life to local and global society.

This is not an attempt at personality worship, blind following, or establishing the intellectual authority of one person.

Its central point is: Change your thinking — change your vision — change your life — awaken humanity.

🌍 Proposed Organizational Structure of GHM 2030

• Global Humanitarian Council — a proposed global forum for guidance, ethical standards and policy.
• Secretariat — coordination of global work, administrative service and documentation.
• Continental and National Chapters — proposed chapters by continent and in various countries.
• Global Projects — worldwide projects run alongside the chapter network.
• City / Local Chapters — proposed chapters in cities and local communities.
• Individual Members — every person can become an independent humanist participant in GHM 2030.
• Promoters / Coordinators — servants who carry humanist thought and programmes to people.

In the initial phase, it is proposed to begin work through servants or coordinators in about 35 mega cities.

"Global vision — local action"

Shared values and guidelines will be developed at the global level; work will be carried out per local needs at the local level.

🌱 Mind Transformation — A Herculean Project

Mind transformation is a Herculean (Bhagiratha) project — but not impossible.

Human society has brought change in many fields through education, law, etiquette, cooperation and social values.

What is needed now is to recognize destructive mental tendencies and, instead of encouraging them, promote humanist values.

For example:

• excessive greed and craving
• improper attachment
• attachment and aversion (raga and dvesha)
• discrimination
• excessive selfishness
• deceit
• unethical competition
• exploitation
• devaluation of human dignity

If such tendencies receive neither social acceptance nor praise, and truth, respect, responsibility, cooperation and humanity are encouraged, conditions for positive change in the social atmosphere can arise.

🕉️ The Foundation of Shivdhara Sanskruti

GHM 2030 proposes to present the humanist thoughts and etiquette of Shivdhara Sanskruti as its guiding values.

Main foundations:
Truth • Free thought • Humanity • Responsibility • Respect • Forgiveness • Service • Responsibility toward nature • Respect for science • Self-reflection

No one needs to give up their religious, cultural or personal identity.

This is not an attempt to found a new religion.

The main invitation is only this: keep your power of thought free, and bring humanity into life.

🏛️ GHM 2030 — The Working Body

It is proposed to announce details of GHM 2030's working body, responsibilities and permanent membership during December 2027.

Thereafter, it is proposed to officially announce the permanent working body at the 2030 convention.

The organization's final structure, responsibilities, membership, ethical standards and decision-making process will be determined per experience up to that time and applicable rules.

💠 Voluntary Service and the Principle on Expenses

GHM 2030's service will be based on the principle of voluntary service.

Rules regarding travel, printing or necessary work expenses of promoters, servants and other responsible volunteers will be predetermined by the relevant Chapter.

No expense will be incurred in the organization's name without the Chapter's prior approval.

Unpaid service means work or service given freely, without expecting personal financial compensation.

No servant will have the right to misuse the organization's name for personal gain, professional pressure or personal reputation.

📖 A Book for Travelers

It is proposed to gift travelers (pathiks) joining GHM 2030 a printed copy of the "Shivdhara Sanskruti" book in their own language.

Language, quantity, cost, printing and distribution arrangements will be determined by the GHM Secretariat under transparent rules.

🛡️ "Manav Sevak" (Human Servant) Honor

Sponsors, collaborators or volunteers who make a significant contribution to humanitarian work may, per set criteria, be given a "Manav Sevak" Shield + Certificate under the GHM 2030 programme.

The direction will be to keep the criteria for the honor predetermined and as transparent as possible.

🏙️ City / Local Chapters

In the initial phase, it is proposed to develop City / Local Chapters in about 35 mega cities.

Anyone wishing to serve as a GHM 2030 servant or coordinator for a city may apply to the GHM Secretariat or an authorised servant.

Criteria such as responsibility, humanist values, transparency, spirit of service and adherence to the organization's rules will be considered in selection.

⚖️ Financial Discipline

Separate and clear rules will be made for any financial transaction in the name of GHM 2030 or Shivdhara Sanskruti.

If donations, sponsorship or contributions are accepted, the principle will be to maintain as transparent an accounting system, proper receipts and documentation as possible.

No person will have the right to collect money personally in the organization's name without official approval.

Shivdhara Sanskruti is not a new religion, sect, or guru-lineage; it is a humanist vision of life.

Shivdhara encourages free thought, the search for truth, knowledge, human dignity, and responsible living. The beginning of transformation is the individual's inner awakening.

GHM 2030 is the practical work-platform that carries this idea from the individual to society and the global level.

GHM 2030 is a voluntary global humanitarian initiative. It is not a religion or a political party.

Its purpose is not to make different beliefs uniform, but to build a global platform of cooperation around humanity's shared values.

12. 1,008 Global Thinkers — An Initial Invitation

Thinkers, seekers of knowledge, and people with a humanist vision from various fields around the world are invited to submit a brief thought or question to help shape GHM 2030's initial global thought-forum.

Selected travelers (pathiks) will be given a Registered Number for their enrollment and a certificate from the relevant Chapter.

The purpose of this process is not to give anyone authority, but to bring various humanist ideas onto one dialogue platform.

13. What You Need to Do

To support Shivdhara Sanskruti, you need only submit one thought or one question by email. Your thought may:

• relate to humanity;
• be about society and the future;
• be about the search for truth, education, or science;
• be about nature or technology;
• or be about any question that makes human life more responsible and meaningful.

AI assistance can help you express your thought more clearly, but the underlying responsibility for the thought stays with whoever presents it.

There is no promise that every question will get an answer immediately or definitively; but the right to ask and the freedom to think belong to everyone.
